Home Sweet Home.. We made it! Got there on Thursday left on Monday. Danielle won $200 on a $5.00 machine, Casey won bout $500 and I won $450 on a nickel slot. We power walked everywhere, at least 10 miles. Our room was at the Venetian, at the hotel inside the hotel,the Ventetzia. Beautiful room with a view & about 1.5 miles walk for a cup of Coffee. (We ended up with Room Service for Coffee, no one should be expected to power walk unless well caffeinated.) Vegas was gearing up to celebrate the Chinese New Year. It's the year of the Pig,ya know.. Most of the places we visited were decorated for the New Year Celebration.. I won't name all the locations we went, just think ALL OF LAS VEGAS BLVD. Saturday night was "O" at the Bellagio. It was a beautiful show. Costumes, Dancers, Water Ballet, Trapeze acts. There appeared to be a story, but in reality there wasn't one.. ( I would have found that info useful during ACT 1.) Sunday night we went to Delmonico's. Kept our eyes peeled, but Emril didn't show. No "BAM!" Very elegant.. Steak, Lobster and Scallops. Plane rides went OK.. LONG, but OK. Casey didn't freak out so Danielle didn't get embarrassed.. We could go on a limb and call it a success!

Thursday morning begins another chapter in the National Lampoon Sister's on Vacation series. Danielle, Casey and I are leaving for Las Vegas... 6 Hour flight.. Casey get's bored easily and Danielle gets embarrassed easily. Has all the fixings for a rocking good time. Casey and I have never been there, from all reports it sounds like Disneyland for big kids. We have tickets to "O", which is a part of Cirque du Soleil. (not Oprah). Danielle has chosen to not plan our every waking moment (gasp). So we have a selection of 500 options per day,hopefully we can fit it all in. We return Monday night. Unless Casey gets us kicked off the return flight.

Please welcome the newest members of our family: May I present : Princess Fiona, Donkey, Puss AND BOOTS.. and last but not least, everyone's favorite green ogre.. Shrek.. Granny and Papa purchased the Shrek & Donkey Lamp. Push the button to hear a quote from the movie. Aiden has pushed the button about 5 billion times. He may have a callous.. We have the life sized doll of Shrek. Talking Puss in Boots and talking Donkey. All this in addition to the Shrek toothbrush, Pj's and drink cup.. Since I have spent so much time with them recently, I feel it's only right to give them front page of the website.
