The Day before the Big Day!

Emily and I went to school on the bus today. It was orientation day for Kindergarten and we were able to ride the bus to school, meet the teachers and then ride home.

Aiden, Sadie, Coley and Daddy stood at the bus stop and waved goodbye to us. The whole way to school she kept grabbing my arm and squealing "I'm so excited! ". It occurred to me later that one reason the bus ride was such a thrill was that today was the first day in her life she didn't ride in a booster/car seat.

Tomorrow is a HUGE day . She has been waiting to go to full time school for 2 years now.

All the rules, learning and scheduling, the girl is in her GLORY!

I may be a little sappy tomorrow.
