It's that time of year again.

One year ago these two BABIES went to Grad.

Attending the Grad Dance was the first of the formal dances attended.

She looked beautiful and had a great time.

Grad dinner and dance are scheduled for next week. This year she will attend as an 8th grader.


A new dressed has been purchased


A date has been secured.


She just can't wait.

THE PERFECT STORM

My darling husband is working overnight so I am on my own, in the rain, alone, with the boy and the dog. I can't wait for the girl children to come home from school. School is so overrated.

WWF Part 2,000 is currently taking place in the living room. They are now biting each other.

I should intervene, but.. NO. I'll wait, it appears there will be 3 more days of "indoor play".

Don't want to have kill all the fun at once.

Just another Manic Monday.

As of today June 8th I have recommitted to Weigh Watchers.

I'm REALLY good for the first 4 weeks.

Then I get all cocky. I'm all: I can have this, or "I know the points to that"

Blah Blah.. PASS ME THE JR. MINTS

Tis a slippery slope.

I'm working on the 30 Day shred again. I'm walking 5 miles a few times a week with the 2 Gestapo's - who wait for NOBODY, so you better pick up your pace or be walking in the woods all by yourself, where there are bears.

This time I figure if I can stay exercising, I usually stay with in my point range.

I only get 21 points a day. My darling husband Dan gets exactly 40 points. I get all stabby if I think about it too long. He is not allowed to talk about Weight Watchers and me. Only about himself, only if he whispers. Last time we did this together, he lost 45 pounds and I lost 10. He is 6'5 and I am 5'0. He started at 314. I started way way under that. When I write it down I see the huge accomplishment he achieved. BUT I CAN"T HELP BUT WANT TO KILL HIM.

I'm hoping that my 30 entries in 30 days will remind me of my focus and help me get over myself. DUH.

What we did today..

Granny& Papa. Danielle & Casey and Emily, Aiden and I went to see the new movie Up.

It's so good.

It made everyone over the age of 10 cry a few times, it's that good.

Doug the dog reminds me of someone.. Squirrel!

Aiden likes to narrate the movie and asks questions. 

He likes to talk it out and make sure you are in fact watching the same movie.

It makes the movie experience feel more REAL to him.

I'm sure everyone in the theater REALLY appreciated it.

Nicole, Casey Randy Danielle and I came to take 8 or 9 billion.

I do in fact have a chin. My chin is photo shy and leaped into the back of my neck at the moment this picture was taken.

Kutris and his friend Ashely went to the prom together.

A few weeks ago Kelly invited us over to her parents Camp for the day with the kids.

Her dad Richard came down to the edge of the lake with a bunch of worms and a fishing pole.

He tried to play it cool, but everyone there could see how Aiden was losing his mind he was so excited.

Richard let him put the worm on , reel in a fish, touch it and throw it back.

I think it was the coolest moment of his life.

PS. Richard was injured in the Vietnam War.

This week he was finally recognized by the United States Government and given The Purple Heart.

Circle of Life..

Channeling his inner strawberry.. 

I ask him what he's doing and he says he's "O-M-ING".

The 2008/2009 School Year has ended for him and we are together again 24/7.

Sometimes he makes me use my grouchy voice REALLY LOUD, but times like yesterday where it was just us and strawberries and Buddah, those are the days that keep him alive.

He had his 4 year check up this week. He is 45 pounds and in the 85th percentile for weight and the 60th for height. He is terrified of getting a flu shot, but I told him that the 4 shots he was getting were "boosters", to him that was ok..

Till he saw them. Then all hell broke loose. There was no O-Ming..

Challenge: one post a day for the month of June..

I'm thinking I'll have MORE than enough

material to accept that challange.

Arent you just estatic we made it this far?

We are so going to heaven, me for dealing with your quirks,and you for being married to me.

We look so different now, with me getting taller and you losing weight.

I'm happier today our lives more than I could have ever belived back, on that day..

That happy, sweet, day.
