Well yesterday went SMASHING.

All that I thought I would do I did not & all that I never thought I'd do I did. 

Alone @ work today I found my motivation. For 6 months I have been searching for something. Anything to say I moved / excersied today. Jillian has always been my go to girl. But sadly this is not the case. 

Today I found a few motivational before and after stories that centered around feeling better. It worked enought for me to start couch to 10K and some random ab workout. Kept a food diary for the day helps as well as the 85945 glasses of water. 

So . Day 2. Here we are. I'm hoping to see you all @ Day 3.
